The Fonds chorégraphique Fernand Nault (FCFN) has created the Fonds d'archives Fernand Nault in collaboration with the Quebec National Archives. This trust, composed of iconographic and textual documents, centers on the artistic activities of Fernand Nault. More so on his activities as co-director and choregrapher at Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, dancer, ballet master and stage-manager at the American Ballet Theatre, artistic director at the American Ballet School, artistic director in Louisville (Kentucky) and Denver (Colorado)..
The FCFN is composed of the following documents:
Documents relating to his stagings: conceptual drawings, posters, programs, photos;
Handwritten notes of his stagings and choregraphies;
Press cut-outs;
Interview transcriptions;
Photographic elements, some taken during the tours for the American Ballet Theatre from 1940 to 1960.
